Composition Pin, ID# 10015 This pin is a bouquet of 6 flowers, each made with a different ribbon of a different color and a different ribbon flower making technique! Three of the flowers have glass beads at the center, the bi-color folded rose of hand dyed satin has vintage stamens in the center. A fringe of golden beads dangle from the lower edge of the pin.

11041-This fantasy flower pin features a richly beaded center. The larger glass faux pearls in the middle have a subtle pink tin, while the smaller glass beads surrounding the larger ones have a metallic lustre. Photographed against some real greenery in my garden, you can see the bed of Mokuba lace that the flower rests on, but sadly it's harder to see the dark green irredescent grossgrain leaves. A couple smaller leaves and a feather finish the composition. |

#11024 This composition pin got snapped up less than 24 hours after I finished making it! All of the flowers are hand dyed silk, the large leaf at right is also hand dyed silk. The composition is set of by the Mokuba cotton lace around the top, accented with white buds at bottom and a speckled feather at top. The two flowers on top have glass beads at their centers, and there is also an hombre leaf at right and a tiny light grossgrain leaf barely visible below the white buds. |

A large green glass bead surrounded by smaller glass pearls adorn the center. Each one of these petals was made individually from wired grossgrain ribbon. The center is an old button someone gave me in a plastic baggie full of old bits they though they would never use but I would. It only took me a couple decades to get around to using it!

Pin, ID# 11010 This pin has black cotton lace peeking out from beneath the black satin (locally made ribbon) petals. At the center is a rondelle of hand dyed silk that goes from deep red at the outer edges to black in the center. that black center helps offset the Swaroski crystal beads, a large one surronded by smaller ones. |

Headband ID# 10062 This photo really does not do this pin justice, I promise to re-shoot and upload a better photo soon. A rose of folded burgundy satin is framed by large bi-color petals of soft silk that I hand dyed from beets (the light iiner part of the petals) and accented with stronger artists' color dye on the edge. The warm colored leaf at right is locally made grossgrain, the large leaf at left is hand dyed silk and the smaller leaf is or hombre ribbon. |

Gardenia Pin, ID#11001 This Gardenia Corsage was customm made for a friend's mother. The center of the flower has Swarovski crystal beads standing in for flower stamens. The lower petals are all individually made, while the central portion is adapted from a folded rose technique, all of the flower is made from locally made ivory satin. The leaves are all dark, irredescent rayon grossrain, the white feather and stamens make this one extravagant flower into a composition. |

Old fashioned Santa Ornament, ID#10030 My first Christmas ornament of 2010! Old fashioned scrap image is printed on reverse for the back of the ornament; the scrap sandwitches a ruffle of green grossgrain. This side of the ornament has the scrap image framed with old fashioned tinsel. At teh bottom is a tiny glass ball decorated with a ring of embossed gold foil and topped by a tiny bow. The top of the ornament features a double bow of burgundy satin. The ribbons are locally made. |

Headband, ID# 11008 My hand gives you the sense of scale on this oversized pansy headband. The leaves are of locally made irredscent grossgrain, the larger pansy petals underneath is of silk I hand-dyed myself. The inner petals are also hand dyed silk, the center is amythyst surrounded by glass beads. |

It has the large ivory satin flower with blue glass beaded center above a pansy made with two colors of hand dyed silk, with vintage stamens at the center, and also a small forget-me-not of blue hand dyed silk. Headband ID# 10061 A lavendar Rose of satin sts atop a green satin ruffle, both of locally made ribbon, and streamers of this green and lavendar picot-edged ribbon. The actual headband part is a Goody brand non-slip headband. This headband is safe for the very young, it has no sharp or metal parts and will stay put on fine hair. (But you don't have to be young, only young at heart for this one.) |

Pin, ID# 11046 this pin dark and bright at the same time! The generously sized bright purple satin folded rose is set off by electric green hand painted stamens. The rose sits on a a black organza ruff and a spray of black tulle. Blue hand dyed silk softens the transition from the purple to the black, as do the leaves of hand dyed silk and locally made satin. |
