| 11044-The colors of this hand dyed flat silk rose don't photograph as well as they look in person. (The golden through russet hues are rich, but not as garish as they look on screen.) The dark leaf is locally made olive colored grossgrain, and the larger leaf is also hand dyed by me, and ranges from teal closer to the rose to a russet at the tip. Hand painted buds in coordinating colors and a bed of white cotton Mokuba lace complete the ensemble. $24. |  |

11055-by request, a tiny pin! Since pins don't undergo the pressing and flexing of the clip backs, I was able to use all silk in the bright turquise blue bloom, and put a large, lovely freshwater pearl in the center. The pearl is ringed by copper colored glass beads, and the leaves are of hand dyed silk and iridescent grossgrain. $11. |

Pnsy Pin, ID#11006 All hand-dyed silk pansies have vintage stamens in their centers. The brighter green leaf of hand dyed silk and the deep green leaf of irredescent grossgrain pick up colors from the peacock feather peekeing out from under the pansies. $25 |

11053-This clip back features a bloom of hombre wired ribbon with a double row of petals and a genuine fresh water pearl at the center. The large leaf is hand dyed silk of bright green wich fades toward the edge, which is accented with a copper tone similar to that of the pearl in the center. $12.50 |

Composition Pin ID#10020 This composition pin features a large ivory flower with blue glass beaded center and a folded red satin ribbon rose, which along with the leaf on the right are made of locally manufactured Satin. The violet flower with the gold glass bead center, the leaf below it which ranges from gold to green, and the two tone blue/rust colred flower below the leaf are all of satin that I hand dyed. There is also a flower on the far rith of Burguny/yellow hand dyed silk, a tiny green hand dyed silk leaf and finally a larger leaf of hombre ribbon at top left. |

Door/wall hanging ID#10040 This door hanging started with an unusual very wide gold-embroidered ribbon made locally. It features a cascade of various leaves and flowers of various ribbons, and terminates in a faux pearl encrusted tassle. I need to post close ups of this, it's hard to see the details from this distance. |

Hair Comb ID# 11061 This dramatic concoction is backed with a comb, as you can see in the next photo. This was difficult to photograph, as the camera makes the hand dyed silk look too garish than in "real life." The center of this fantasy bloom is adorned with delicate vintage stamens. Holding the stamens is a folded rose of sheer organdy, resing on a ring of petals of black locally made satin. Separating the black flower from it's black tulle ruffle at the base of the composition are petals of deep violet hand-dyed silk and hand dyed silk leaves. $21. |

Pin, ID#11013 You really need to see this one up close to apreciate some of the subtlties of the hand dyed slik, especially in the turquoise/blue folded rose peeking out frm under the ivory satin folded rose. The green silk leaf to the right of that rose has a more dramatic range of color, from rust at teh tip to bright green. Several more types of ribbon leaves, a large organza bud, hand-painted buds and some glass beads at the center of the folded rose round out the composition. $25. |
